A complete renovation of an
existing Mediterranean style home originally built
in 1926.
Exterior living spaces were considered as carefully
as the interior living spaces of the home due to the
temperate year round climate. The interior was
completely gutted and reconstructed to eliminate and
improve on a series of ill considered renovation and
addition attempts by the previous owner. Rooms were
oriented toward panoramic views of from the home's
hilltop site. |
