LAW OFFICES OF CONNELLY,  MUSTES AND SCHROEDER
Geneva, Illinois

A 4,000 square foot interior tenant improvement for the suburban branch of a downtown Chicago law firm.
This design accommodates eight lawyers and an administrative support staff of seven.
The office configuration arranged to allow visitors/clients to arrive without interruption to the working staff.
Filing is arranged adjacent to circulation spaces and secretarial stations for convenient access.

 

OLSON INTERNATIONAL, LTD.
Lombard, Illinois

A 3,000 square foot "building within a building" located in an existing manufacturing facility for a metal stamping company.
The new "building" contains management offices with views of the factory floor and a calibration testing facility.
The structure, clad with painted panels to resemble metal, conveys a sense of light and precision.

Expedior was a rapidly growing information technology management consulting firm.
Nicholas Clark Architects has designed over 60,000 square feet of space including training classrooms, a conference facility, custom workspace cubicles, corporate offices, and a computer center.

A 5,000 square foot office space for a growing, dynamic law firm specializing in Real Estate and Corporate law.
Careful selections of of fine materials in key areas create a progressive, sophisticated image on a limited budget.
Spacious angled hallways provide openness and areas of interaction for staff.

DONAHOE AND PUROHIT  FACT FLOW RESEARCH
Chicago, Illinois

10,000 square foot office space for a medical advertising and market research company.
Public spaces are accentuated by brightly colored wood veneers, integral plaster and drywall surfaces.
Work spaces are kept open to promote communication and to take advantage of panoramic views of the city.
Circulation "spines" in this office are defined by slanted walls of integral colored plaster.

 

COACH STORE
Northbrook, Illinois

This 2,600 s.f. retail space achieves an elegant feel due to its classically proportioned lines and spare white motif.
Stained maple end-grain hardwood floors work in unison with the white backgrounds to extend sight lines and afford an open, yet approachable environment.
Ceiling recesses allow for maximum mobility of lighting necessary for continually shifting floor and product displays.
